By accessing or using TruContact, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
TruContact provides email validation and data cleaning services on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased and consumed when validation jobs are run.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Credits do not expire. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TruContact to validate email lists obtained illegally or facilitate spam.
6. Limitation of Liability
TruContact shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
